Many Tax LL.M. programs are delivered on a full-time basis; however, there are a number of programs, which are aimed at working professionals, that are delivered either on a part-time basis or online. Indeed, a number of tax professionals like CPAs pursue their Master's programs in Tax Law while continuing to work.

For those who graduate with an LL.M. in Taxation, a number of career options are open. Some graduates provide legal services for an accounting firm, for example; others go onto work in the tax practice of law firms.
