With its unspoiled nature and well-earned reputation for friendliness, Canada is a popular destination for students as well as legal professionals at every stage of their career.
Whether you’re at the very start of your law studies or hoping to gain Canadian accreditation, Toronto’s Osgoode Professional Development law school has upcoming information sessions to help you navigate the path to a legal career in the Great White North.
Taking place throughout early February, the sessions and one-on-one consultations are directed at three different target groups.
On February 2 and 7 (10:00–11:00 a.m. ET) are the Practice Law in Canada advising sessions, designed for internationally trained lawyers and law graduates interested gaining accreditation to practice law in Canada’s common-law system.
Also on February 2 and 7 (10:00–11:00 a.m. ET), the Study Law in Canada advising sessions will provide personalized advice to international applicants interested in taking up full-time legal study in Canada.
And on February 6 (12:00–1:00 p.m.) and February 15 (5:00-6:00 p.m.), the Information Session for Canadian Lawyers will address further training options for those already called to the Bar in a Canadian jurisdiction.
Attendance is free, but advance registration is required. Click here for full event details and registration links.
