Hello everybody!

By means of introduction my name is Angelika coming from Athens, Greece and I am currently searching my options on several Dutch Universities to pursue an LL.M in Tax, Business and Corporate related programs.

Recently I have applied to Maastricht university and was subsequently asked to pass an entrance exam. Has anyone ever taken subject exam? If yes, could please advise me on suggested literature and tips (if any)?

Hey. I'll be applying for the International tax program in Maastricht University next year.

If you've read their admissions page it says that entrance exam might be exempted if you had sufficient tax courses in your bachelors. Did you have them? Myself I'm very curious about this fact as I've studied Taxation law and corporate tax for 2 semesters during my bachelor's. Shot them a mail recently enquiring about the same.

I am facing the same problem as you now that I was required to pass the entrance exam then in order to be eligible for admission. Although the admission officer recommend two literatures for me, I have no idea about how to prepare it. Did you attend the entrance exam? And could you please give me some advise?

Just pay attention to the dates, entrance exams for this LLM are only twice a year. A week ago there was one and next one is in November which is already too late to enrol for the 19-20 academic year.

Did you mean I missed the entrance exam? But as the email from the admission officer, this can be taken on a date and time of my own chioce before 1st June 2019 for the september 2019 programme, and I have chosen 12:00a.m of The Netherlands time on 29th May.
