Thank you. It just seems that columbia releases results by continents. Good Luck

Congrats Bowen!
May I ask your TOEFL (Total and sub-section score)
I was defered, maybe because I don't have 105 points, so I was wondering if now they will accept people that doesn't reach the total and/or sub-section TOEFL Score

on a different note, NYU is already releasing results for both NUS and NYC programs.

"on a different note, NYU is already releasing results for both NUS and NYC programs"
Michaelcorleone, do you know if they are releasing results for people that applied only to NYC Program?
Thanks!

I don't think anybody who applied NYC only has been accepted so far, at least as far as I know.
I wrote an email asking for that and they came back to me with the old saying:
"LL.M. applicants who meet the December 1st deadline will be notified of the Committee on Graduate Admissions decision on in early to mid-March. The decisions for the NYU@NUS program will be communicated on a rolling basis through January... "
Even Columbia has been releasing the decision. What the hell is NYU doing? They will lose a lot of excellent applicants for their retarded action.

Bowen,
I apologise for our seemingly endless questions, but could you please let us know how many years of professional experience you have?
Many thanks in advance.

Bowen, Congratulations!

I am sort of losing hope of being admitted to CLS. I was deferred to regular cycle.
It means that, if they operate on a rolling basis as they say, my application should be one of the very first to be considered.
So far I have not received any feedback from them, as many other deferred I guess. But I think that if they were to admit me they would let me know very soon...

SLS said that they will send the results on april 1st.
@crimlawyer: I'm losing my hope too. The brazilian post office (o bom e velho correio) lost my recommendation letters and I had to re-send it.

O correio é uma merda.
Should have used ups, they are perfect. Not one delay, no problem at all.
But did they send you an application complete e-mail?
PS: Still accepting considerations on my last post.

Not yet. I sent yesterday;
But I'm not that worried about CLS What really worries me is SLS. My personal statement was a kind of lame.

It seems to me that SLS is the most selective llm, so you should not be disppointed by not making to it... If you do not.

With so many universities handing out offers at different timings, I am just wondering if there is a possibility we can wait for all offers/rejection before making a final decision?
Alternatively, would there be a need to accept some first, pay a deposit to eventually let all but one be forfeited?
Thanks!

never lose hope fellows! pretty sure you'll hear something soon. Needless to say, Yale and Stanford are by far the most selective...I just heard from Duke a couple of days ago, while many of you heard back in early December...wish you all the best.
@ Gregor: I do worry we'll have to pay some deposit if our will is to save ourselves a spot somewhere while waiting for Harvard, Yale and so on...
