I think it means they made a decision, but it doesn't say whether the decision is admission or not :-))) but I hope you are right! I will be so happy....

@idodee when was your application completed?
Mine is still under review (since Nov 15!):
Current Status:Application Under Review
Current Status Date:11/15/2012
It was completed at end of November, under review from beginning of December. I think you should have your status changed very soon. I think they will send out e-mail collectively when they make some decisions today.

I don't think you are right. I think they make the early review decisions in a couple of 'waves' until February 8th. I think that in the next few days they will send another wave of e-mails. Last year's Penn thread was like that.
Also, @figuiliano and @rhino, did they write in the e-mail that your application was highly impressive? I wonder if they write that to everyone who they admit.

I really dont know! I have been thinking about this for the last 2 weeks and It has been very hard to decide. UVA is a great school and C'ville is amazing. On the other hand, I like so much Philly and I can also study in Wharton, which is the best school of business in the USA.
