I did a little research on this website and, according to past posts, they begin to send decisions e-mails by mid-january.
I have no idea what they look for or how many students they admit per year. I guess my working experience (4 years after graduation, 7 years if considered full time internship) may help me there, but I am not sure.

Your work ex will definitely help you! I don't even have one full year! Also, do they say till when they give out admissions? It is quite nerve racking to know admissions are being given out and you still have not received yours.

I have 'under review' status as well. But I have never had a status of 'application complete' which is pretty strange. I am pretty sure they will make admission offers before Feb 8th.

hey! Why dont u check if all the documents have been received by them? i.e, if you scroll down the page there is tab with the list of documents and tick marks. And there will be a date too.

The thing is, I never got an e-mail from them that the application was complete, which is pretty weird if you consider all the universities sending you such an e-mail.

Hey! so I just checked mine too. There is no email to tell u that your application is complete. Just an email to tell you that they have received your application. They give u status check details and that seems to be the only way to moniter if your application is complete!

This website is also how an applicant can monitor whether or not their application is complete.'

I dont know about Harvard but Chicago does send out application complete group emails. I received mine.
