Great! We should get a decision in two days.

But I am worried because of the wait list decisions today.. they really might have enough candidates.... but I prefer to be rejected rather than wait in the waiting list.

It all depend on how unique and strong your application is. Applying earlier doesn't give you any edge in my opinion. Don't forget that some applications were deferred from the early to the regular cycle. If you have what they want, I don't doubt that you will be admitted. What other schools did you apply to?

I got waitlisted as well. Didn't necessarily wanna go to UPenn.... but probably shows that I wont get into NYU.. which will probably make my choice easier anyway,LOL!

Well I got waitlisted or rejected at the Top 10 schools I applied to. But who knows... !

I am depressed. I applied to Harvard and Upenn. While I await a response from Harvard, I just got wait listed from Upenn. My hopes of even getting into Harvard has been crushed. What do I do. Even if Upenn later offers me a place in April, do you think they will consider me for their Human Rights scholarship?
