My status just changed to "under review" today. Do you guys know when will a decision be made after being "under review"?
Posted Dec 11, 2012 12:14
Mine has been 'under review' for two months! So really don't know.

If you had your documents sent to Penn before Dec. 1st, they will give decisions before February 8th.

Thanks, idodee. I am not in the early notification cycle.
I am now searching the threads to see in previous years, when did people in regular cycles get decisions. I AM REALLY NERVOUS RIGHT NOW. May be I am being nervous TOO early.

I think I did a mistake applying for the early notification of Penn. I might get admitted by Feb. 8th, but then it will be to early for other schools admission offers, and I might lose my place at Penn. Anyone knows the policy concerning the extension of the admission acceptance deadline?

Do you know the term for acceptance for the early admissions? At georgetown, for example, we have the same term as the regular admissions to decide.

Ah... good idea. I just checked Penn website, it says the following:
"After an applicant has been notified of admission, two successive deposits must be paid in order to hold a place in the class. The initial $500 deposit must be received by the Law School by April 1."
I guess that by April 1 I will have decisions regarding most of the schools I have applied to.

I think it depends on the offer they make you. My admission from UVA expires on January 15, 2013 and I have to make both payments until February 2013.

Did you apply for the early action? I believe that admissions for the early birds start mid January, although the website says beginning of February.
You can check the school's websites and last year threads to find out this kind of information.

I guess admissions will start next week (at least according to 2012 and 2011 threads, they started to me informed between Jan 13-17)!
