They Gave Me Till 18th To Confirm My Acceptance Or They Will Give Some Other Persons (Maybe Even Before Then) - They Didnt Give Me Any Scholarship And I Cant Afford The School Fees. I Will Look For Scholarship Opportunities And If I Dont Find, I Will Have To Decline.

So I had emailed Mr. Parker. In his response he said that they are unlikely to turn to the waitlist until after May 1, as that is the next deposit deadline for students admitted in the first round.

I'm not sure how to interpret this statement. Um.. I thought a few students on the waitlist had already heard from Penn?

really can't say. even though a lot of people have declined the offer, they seem to be in no mood to give out admission emails to waitlisters! :|
