Today Mr. Badger informed me that I need not sent any more materials for their evaluation. They have plenty.

A few minutes ago, Prof. Badger sent me the admissions decision: I'm in !

I applied several days before the deadline and I got the complete application email on 1/30.

although I'm running out of patience, I still feel positive about my chances to get admitted into their LL.M; otherwise, why asking me to submit further document? anyway, I'll make you know as soon as they get back to me. with regard to the question raised above, I just think smaller is better. NYU program is also called production line. 50 spots may be not enough, but HLS 150, CLS 210, and NYU 425 are far too big... berkeley LL.M class size (around 75) seems perfect to me

Congrats Paladine! this is good news; it means they are working on admissions even late in the afternoon. I thought there was no hope to have a decision before tomorrow... just wait and see...

I got my application completed on January 30th.

I just got an email from their admissions, which states that they have finally received the document they asked me to send last week. It also says that a final decision will be made as soon as my application is submitted to their graduate/admissions/whatever committee

question to the waitlisted applicants: did Mr Badger answer to all of you if and when you confirmed you still wanted to be considered for admission?

I wrote him last week, got no answer, so i wrote him again this morning and still got no answer... i'm starting to think that Richard just doesn't like me... :)

He replied to mine on the day itself actually. About 18 hours later.

Basically in our communications, he's taken usually a day to reply. But he might be really busy with the remaining admissions etc right now? I'm sure you'll be fine.
