Hi! I just got my TOEFL results and I got a total of 104 with:
Reading: 29/30
Listening: 28/30
Speaking: 23/30
Writing: 24/30
However, even though Harvard requests a minimun of 100 total, it also requests a minimun of 25 on each section. I got very close at speaking and writing, but didn't achieved the 25. How much it will harm my application? The TOEFL test is expansive for me, and I would only take it again if it is really necessary.

If you search in this discussion board you'll find several people claiming to have got in with 24 or 23, although many state that it does put you at a clear disadvantage when they review your application. They'll still consider the application, and you can still get it, but you're fighting an uphill battle.
