Michigan International and Comparative Law Scholarships
University of Michigan Law School
Varies
Each year, Michigan Law is proud to award Michigan International and Comparative Law (MICL) Scholarships, formerly known as Michigan Grotius Fellowships, of varying amounts. The scholarships acknowledge superior academic and professional achievements in all areas of law and recognize the promise of distinguished legal careers after graduation. All admitted students who complete the financial information section of their application are automatically considered for these awards. The award amounts are determined on the combined basis of academic merit and financial need.
Thanks to generous donors across the globe and through the generations, Michigan Law has additional prestigious scholarships to award to exemplary students. Financial need, academic excellence, seriousness and depth of purpose, and professional promise are some of the important factors considered.
