Hi, does anyone have any idea about whether NYU LLM offers deferrals? And does it require any extraordinary reasons for seeking it? I've been admitted to ILS with a 20k Dean's Graduate Award, but I do not have the funds to finance the rest of it and I was thinking maybe I could defer it and find some funding or at least earn a little.

Also, during the deferral is it okay if I pursue another LLM program outside the US?

Would greatly appreciate an urgent response as the deposit deadline is close. Thanks
