IELBP applicant. I also have ticks for Research Proposal, Scholarly Writing. I dont think it was there earlier. My application status is "Your application for admission to Stanford Law School is now complete." and Current status is "Your file has been submitted for review."


mine is exactly the same. should we seek clarification via email?


I dont think its necessary because it explicitly says our application is complete. I believe they would have informed us if there was an error. Anyhow, If you do feel worried once IELBP applicants start posting updates and you still dont receive any update - maybe then you can be alarmed. As of now, I think we are good and no need to worry :)

Hello, I applied to the IELBP program too. As far as I remember, all of the boxes in the checklist were ticked for me a well (and continue to be ticked). I just assumed that all boxes were checked for completed applications irrespective of the stream.

Maybe interesting for CGP applicants:

i wrote a mail to ask for the status of my application and was informed that „offers of admission have been sent out. We hope to have the rest of the final decisions rendered and sent out by early April“ 




I got told this too when I emailed the grad admissions office which made me think that a rejection is impending based on the wording but given that  enrolment deadlines for other schools are april 1 i find it really annoying that they haven’t communicated anything. Are you guys gonna play to hold your place at another school and keep waiting on stanford_

yea even i have now been told the same. Its a smart way of putting us on waitlist with more probability of just receiving rejection!

Hi everyone! Just to clarify what happened, my status did not have this checks you mentioned, now it does - so I think that this is not a problem. What happened was that suddenly my status changed from file is complete to file is incomplete, and that's how I noticed something was wrong.

I applied to two programs. LLM in Corporate Governance & LLM in international Economic Law. And you did you hear anything?

I applied to IELBP :) nope, nothing so far. might go on till mid april

i didn’t explicitly ask for a decision but i did say i have other offers and i want to hear back from stanford before i made a decision and they seemed unwilling to release a decision but cryptically said offers for CGP have been sent out so i’ve assumed a rejection and am going to place my deposit at another school.

Can't believe Stanford was the first one I applied to and still nothing ..... 

I am waiting to get this decision before to pay the deposit of another school... I hope this week is the final wait!!!!
