NYU LLM 2016-2017

Hey is there anyone considering to reject the dean's scholarship and go along with other schools at the expense of the scholarship. I am seriously considering about registering to Columbia although I have admission to Corporate LLM with 50% scholarship. I dunno whether that is the foolish thing to do. But back in where I work, reputation matters more than the background.

If you don't need the scholarship, i would reject it and take Columbia

I think we can assume that they've already sent all admission offers. Do you think it is worth to wait?

I am pretty sure it is worth. They were clear to say that all LLM results would be sent by June and every university answer if you're admitted, waitlist or rejected.

I am sure they haven't finished the analysis yet, lets wait!

Student loans - are you a US citizen? Have you looked into your options? I too really want this -- so much so that I have taken on a weekend and evening job on top of my role in corporate finance!! As well as begging, stealing and borrowing all that I can from my family relations... I still can only make up 60% of the total student budget, and have struggled to secure any loan funding thus far. It is not a question of how much I want it but more so an actual financial barrier.
