Well, I have just received my ad email (intl. legal studies).
No scholarship though....
At the end of the email in very small print it reads: "All admitted students who are selected to receive a scholarship are notified in their email decision."

it's weird though. they used to release scholarships in late February/early March with a very limited time for acceptance. I guess they aimed to make those candidates feel pressure as they had to take a decision before Harvard's offers
