Just a quick update for your information: I received the infamous "second e-mail" (the one that finally confirms completness) yesterday, roughly 3 weeks after my first email.

i recieved the first email on Nov 13... havent heard from them since. waiting for the second email. has eveyone already gotten the second email?

I received my third mail (but should have been my second) a couple of days ago. 1st to inform they received my application file; 2nd to ask me to retake my toefl; 3rd to inform that they received my newest toefl score and my application file is complete. Have you received any further mail so long?
