I just got admitted.
The status of my application was showing "application complete" since the 26 January, I never had the status "under review".

any update ? my profile still shows that the application has been completed on the 30th of Jan - im guessing there should be some movement considering its the 1st of March ...

My profile shows that the application has been completed on the 7th of Feb - which is by the way not correct: since I did not receive a confirmation e-mail after submitting my application, I contacted CLS by e-mail asking is everything OK, and they have promptly replied with a message that my application was received and is complete. Only much later - on 7th Feb - did they update the status on my profile which now states 7th Feb.
Dates on the profiles are thus not quite accurate. Wonder whether the date of completion influences the order in which they review applications - and whether they take the real date of completion or the administrative one on the profile for that purpose.

dont know if anybody said it already but just fyi: decisions on fellowships are to be disclosed late March. That's what they said in the admission's email.

Monday theory- that's what I am calling it for brevity- seems to hold good.
Unsure about the date of completion part though. Some people, including me, whose application has been complete since December 3rd week, are still waiting for decisions. Also, the app tracker shows specific regions. Unsure if there is some merit there...

The geographical theory makes some sense, but I am not sure it is that certain, given that on Monday two applicants from my country received a decision, while we all applied in the same time period and I did not receive anything.

Anyway, I have never been really patient, but this uncertainty as to the timing the decision is going to be released is sooooooo tedious, I can't wait for this to be over!

Hey guys. FYI, the status of my application was showing "application complete" since January 27th (submitted December 15th), and I got admitted on Feb 27th. It may confirm the theory that decisions are released on Mondays, and they may be reviewing applications by order of completion. Good luck to all !

a friend from the same college from the same batch got a rejection mail from columbia few days back - cant seem to figure the pattern

A few people from India have heard in February. I think the acceptance process is as random as they say on their website, without any considerations of date of application, region etc.
