Sounds like a good idea :-)
As far as I understood, they started admitting candidates today and will continue to do so - I'm really glad that the waiting time ended early for me. May I ask you what background you have - just interested in the other applicants :)

Really ? That's interesting ... would really like to know what the decision to call or not to call depends on - any idea ???
It can not be the country, since i'm from germany too and it can hardly be an 'english-test' considering my toefl of 119 ...

Hi! I received a call yesterday morning (friday 9th), but I missed it and they didnt call again. During the evening they sent me an email telling me that I was admitted!!
I am a lawyer from Chile, and I am working at the Central Bank.

I personally think that I will be deferred today or tomorrow! :) But I wish you a better luck!!
I noticed that last year they kept accepting applicants from December 6th until December 12th and deferred the rest on December 16th. This year admission decisions started to be released on December 9th so I have no idea what is going to happen! haha :)
We should be happy in both cases; if they did not accept us, they would probably lose a lot :P

Looks like they've already sent out some decisions.
It' s worth looking back through previous years' threads - looks like for the 2015 they made a lot of decisions in January, for example:
