Anyone coming for the summer program at Fordham?

I got this e-mail from Fordham U regarding total costs:
Tuition for the 2009/2010 academic year is $44,370.00, and will
increase 4-5% for the 2010/2011 academic year.

In addition, students are charged the following fees per semester:
1) University General Fee - approx. $188.00*FT/150*PT
2) Technology Access Fee - approx. $100.00*
3) International Student Health Insurance - approx. $491* for the fall
semester & approx. 873.00* for the spring semester
4) International Students Service Fee - approx. $39.00*
*These fees reflect charges for the 2008/2009 academic year, and do not
include books or housing.

*I´m applying for a gov. scholarship that also covers housing, books, plane tickets etc. Can anyone provide me any reliable info about that? An estimate perhaps?
