Sorry to hear that...who did the email come from and what did it say?

It came from Dr Nadia Pollini, Director of Graduate Admissions & Recruitment (graduate.admissions@admin.ox.ac.uk).
It was a typical regret email, automated one, nothing special

Hello there! I'm an MJur offer-holder from last year (and currently reapplying), and while I can't tell for the other courses, but for the BCL and MJur personally, offers started rolling out by email in mid-March. Note that offers, rejections and waitlists get sent out all at once; they don't do rejections first and offers later like Cambridge. Hope this helps :)

Thank you for sharing!
May I ask you are you reapplying?

No worries! Yes, indeed I am! I'm hoping to receive some scholarships this time around thus :)

I am sorry, I meant WHY are you reapplying, but I understand it is due to financial reasons, right?
I am in a similar situation, last year I also got offers that I would have taken if I had enough funding.
So I applied again (to the same and to new courses) in hopes this time I manage to secure enough funding.
Currently, I hold offers from Cambridge (MPhil in Criminology and LLM - this one on GAO), Edinburgh (LLM) and LSE (LLM). Still waiting for Harvard (LLM) and Oxford (MJUR).
Fingers crossed for funding for both of us!

Hey congratulations, Princess Megan! You have secured places in almost all the top graduate law programmes. Would you mind sharing your profile and your country? It'd be really appreciated if you shared the title/topic of your written work for the BCL. Thank you so much in advance.

Hahaha no worries I figured that's what you meant :) Exactly! Last year I had to turn down all offers due to financial reasons. Plus with the pandemic out and about, I figured it would be better for me to just reapply and hope for the best. Also, omg same here! I currently hold offers from Cambridge (LLM - on PAO as well), Cornell (LLM), UPenn (LLM), and Yale (LLM). Still waiting on Columbia (LLM), Harvard (LLM), Oxford (MJur) and Stanford (LLM). Hopefully this time funding comes through for us x

Wow, that’s really impressive. Have you already decided where do you want to go? Or what would be your first choice?

Hi guys!

Any news about the MLF program? I think that according to previous trends, we might start hearing from Oxford today.

No from my side! Last year decisions for MLF applicants started to be released on March 6th!

Thank you for you kindness!
In fact, I believe funding is the major challenge for me, considering that without it I won't be able to attend any of those programmes.
I am a Brazilian lawyer, currently working as a Legal Assistant at the Prosecution Service. I hold a Specialization in Public Law and I am about to conclude a LLM in which I research on prosecution agreements.
My written sample for the MJUR was about rewarding cooperation.
I intend to enroll in one of those master's abroad to further research on criminal justice.

Thank you so much! I decided that I will go to the place that gives me the most funding because truthfully that is my only issue. Aside from that, all these places are amazing and I would be lucky to take part in any of their programs :)

Hasn’t Cornell given you a 30+ k funding? Seems like you are a extremely qualified applicant...

Thank you so much! Indeed they have, but the total cost of attending is still pricey. Thus, I'm still waiting for others to come through :)

I believe it depends on the area. I want to study public international law, so it is Cambridge for me.

It is kind of weird considering that in previous years people already heard from the on March 6th. Nonetheless, I think we will hear from them soon :)

Guys this might be a really stupid question but can you still apply to do the BCL if you already have a LLM from another university?

Hello!

It would be really nice if someone from the UK could call the grad office like previous years.
