Guys this might be a really stupid question but can you still apply to do the BCL if you already have a LLM from another university?
I am about to conclude a LLM and I applied for the MJUR. I don't know if my application is going to be successful, but I haven't seen any restriction of this kind in the course page.
It was not a problem to LSE, Edinburgh and Cambridge. I read on Harvard course page that they don't accept students who already concluded a LLM in U.S. universities (but it's fine if the LLM - or even PhD - has been done abroad).
I believe if the programme doesn't state it is uneligible, you should explain in your application the reason why you are pursuing other LLM.
