Chances at Cambridge, Oxford and LSE

ikaikahn
Since admissions are now open, taking refuge on this forum to access my chances of acceptance from these three universities in their LLM (Cambridge + LSE) and BCL (Oxford) program. This is to see whether it's even worth applying.

A bit about me:
- First class from University of London International Programmes, I scored the highest aggregate internationally and have academic achievement awards in Trusts law and Property law. I want to know whether this is a respected (enough) degree.
- Was Trusts Law teacher's assistant in 2015
- Been teaching undergraduate UoL International Programme students for 2 years in a Pakistani institution affiliated with the International Programme. I am the lecturer of Islamic law and tutor of EU law, Trusts and Jurisprudence.
-Career aim: Academic

To those who have been previously accepted to these universities: could you share some info or tips you believe set your application apart?

Thank you!

It's hard to say, because I'm not exactly sure how the schools will look at online degree programs. In any case, your teaching experience would help.

You might want to read through past application threads for these schools, for example, these are the most recent ones:

https://llm-guide.com/board/uk-ireland/oxford-bcl-mjur-2018-2019-applicants-209940
https://llm-guide.com/board/uk-ireland/cambridge-application-2018-2019-209420
https://llm-guide.com/board/uk-ireland/llm-ucl-kcl-lse-qmul-2018-19-209767

There's a wealth of info in those discussions, about which students got in and which did not. Might be a good place to start. You might also think about also applying to other schools that may not be so competitive, so that you have a 'safety' school lined up, so to speak.
