I received an offer in March and until now neither have I received the official letter nor has my Camsis been updated. I'm a bit worried about that and considering calling Ms. Wade.

I got an email from Ms Wade on the 6th of Jan. Still no official letter, still no camsis update at all ("Papers with Degree Committee")....

I also have received an informal offer letter on Jan 6th and not heard anything ever since. This morning, however, I called Ms Wade, hoping she could shed some light on the Camsis update procedure.
Banal as it is, all those who have received an informal letter should stop worrying about the update, because you will be offered a place. Obviously, the later the update, the less likely one is to get into his/her college of choice, given that they are filling up quickly. I applied to Trinity and St. John's and, to my knowledge, the second is full already, while the first still have a good amount of places left. Apparently the will start considering applications as of this week.

Anyone from Italy, by the way?

oh definitely, I mean, once we're told to give a preference, you might as well try :) you can't really say that they won't want you...you never know! good luck :))

A question about numbers (again): On the Financial Undertaking Form, they request your "Personal ID Number". Is that your student number which everybody has been assigned during the application process or is it the number of your National ID Card? What did you fill in?

I think that it is the applicant/student ID number that has been assigned to you by Cambridge. At least that is what I thought when I sent in my form.

Just checked my CamSIS and it now says: "Accepted at Jesus College". That was my first choice!!!

Just found out iv been accepted at Darwin.

Congratulations to you both for getting your first choices. My CamSIS says I'm still seeking college membership. Hope the status changes soon!
