Well I just called Ms.Wade and she was extremely nice as always. She told me that for sure we will receive the formal offer from BGS, so all we can do is wait.

Therfore the colleges now is a far concern for me, I applied to King´s and Magdalene, but I see some of you had been dismissed, so I don´t know what is going to happen with me if it takes BGS so long to send my application. Hope I get in in Magdalen though.

The official letter usually (always?) contains the same information as in your self-service area. You can view all the conditions there and download the necessary forms.

Hence, there's not really any need to wait any longer for the letter if you don't want to. In fact, the Financial Undertaking Form enclosed in the official letter even seems to have a mistake, so they ask you to use the form which is available online.
