Can you narrow down your query a bit? What courses are you taking? Where are your fields of interest? In which country are you doing your LLM and which country do you come from?

Well, I don't know much about international trade law or outsourcing. Maybe you should ask one of your professors for advice. There probably are interesting legal aspects of outsourcing, but I still fear it's too general a topic. You need to have one or several specific legal problems you want to solve in your dissertation - at least that's what I believe, I haven't done it yet either...

A dissertation should be, I believe an aspect of law which you find problematic and intend to bring out a solution or something. And here, your interest matters as it might be same aspect you intend to research into further, for say your PhD which should be in your mind after completion of your LLM. But I understand carriage of goods by sea is a very fertile ground to have a topic of research in international trade law. Try something like marine insurance in carriage of goods by sea, but rephrase it to look legal and good. Hope I was of help.

i want to know that whether our master thesis research topic is considered when we go for job, i am from Pakistan i think if i solve some problem in thesis which is only in Pak. then i will narrow my job scope, but my purpose(search for jobs world wide) after having foriegn qualification will be dead

Your thesis topic will most likely be considered when you search for a job because it shows you specialization and is often the field in which you have the most extensive knowledge of the law.
It's probably logical that if your thesis is overly specific on a problem only existing in your home country, your thesis will not be a plus for finding an job overseas. However, you may try to market yourself on the platform that you have the aptitude to be innovate (as shown by your thesis) and are therefore able to find relevant solutions to significant problems. If the prospective employer buys it, you're home free!

You honestly expect us to help you if you don't even make an effort to write your own query but copy someone elses - including grammatical errors and typos - and obviously couldn't be bothered to read the replies to the original query? Sorry, but nobody will serve you a multitude of fascinating topics to choose from on a silver platter, and nobody will be able to give you any useful advice if you don't provide the necessary information.

In my view, your idea lacks clarity. Please be clear about the topic and the issues you want to handle as your dessertation paper. I did not see any correlation between the constitutional law and the naxal problem in the country. Naxalism is a socail enigma and does not have any relation to constitutional law of any country. Naxals does not have any social rights or fundatalmental rights etc. Neither constitution provides any remedies like peace talks nor riders like encounters like things for governments to follow. These measures are adapted by governments as polital options to tackle the social problems. OK, your views are right to some extent, if you are talking about human rights issues. But human rights issue is not a new one and its already been the subject for years for so many research papers.

I believe COnstitutional law is such a beautiful subject and it has several interesting issues to handle like (the recent one AP is facing) power of central govenment for seperation of states, on what measures, provisions, criterea on which central governmetn can act upon or powers of presdient, governors etc in the administration of government, judicial activism as provided under the constitution - whether it is for good ? etc. ( Sorry, I am not an expert in constitutional law, these are only my ideas)

First, a PHD dissertiation is completely seperate from a thesis, which is a simple statement which the foregoing paper is attempting to prove, or disprove.

Now that our symatic's are straight, a great topic would be the economic impact of sex trade and what constiutional issues it creates. My two cents.

I think, one good topic for research if you are doing business law or International trade is

" Combating Corruption and bribery in International business". This is a hot topic, involving FCPA, UK Bribery Act and other international conventions.
