The Kololian Family Scholarship for International Law Students

This scholarship enables two law graduates--one ethnic Chinese from China, and one ethnic Tibetan from either China or from the Tibetan community outside of China--to travel to Canada for a 12-month period to earn a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M.) at the University of Ottawa. A condition of the scholarship is the desire to work with the other recipient on a specific project.
Applicants are required to pursue studies in one of the following four concentrations: International Humanitarian and Security Law; International Trade and Investment Law; Global Sustainability and Environmental Law; Law and Technology.
Award disbursed for travel costs, full tuition, books, health insurance, accommodations and meals and some miscellaneous expenses.
