The Civil Society Leadership Awards (CSLA) provides fully funded masters level scholarships at a network of universities across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America, including American University Washington College of Law. The program aims to support individuals who demonstrate both academic and professional excellence and have potential to become civil society leaders in their home communities.
The award will cover all tuition and fees, monthly stipend for room and board, program related travel, health insurance, all costs for an annual student conference, and a pre-university writing program.
For International Legal Studies (ILSP), Advocacy, Intellectual Property, Law and Government
Applicants from the following countries are eligible: Azerbaijan, Belarus, Cambodia, Dem. Rep. of Congo, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Laos, Libya, Rep. of Congo, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan.
