In conjunction with the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies /Centre d'Etudes Internationales de la Propriété Intellectuelle (CEIPI) at the University of Strasbourg, France, Vanderbilt Law School offers this $30,000 scholarship for a student who has received, or will receive, a degree in law from CEIPI. There is no separate application for this scholarship; admitted applicants from CEIPI will be considered on the basis of their applications for admission to the LL.M. program. Recipients will have demonstrated a high level of academic achievement and/or professional experience in law. A research position working under the supervision of Professor Daniel Gervais, Director, Vanderbilt Intellectual Property Program; Faculty Director, LL.M. Program, will be offered to a scholarship recipient demonstrating a high level of academic achievement and/or professional experience in the intellectual property area.
