I just got in! I got my application acknowledgment email on December 8, I applied a few days earlier.

Regarding scholarships, they state in the email that: "The first group of these offers will come in mid-March with a response deadline of April 1. A second group of offers will come on April 2 with subsequent offers coming in the following weeks until all available funds have been allocated. "

OK..and I almost got excited that things got moving..

Altough, now Im thinking about it - from the AppTracker you can see that UPenn does not send out all decisions (negative or positive) on one single day..(just a thought - still not sure what to think about the status)

I have just received an admission e-mail indicating that my application is successful. I applied past the regular track deadline after requesting for an extension directly from the admissions office (details can be seen in my Application Tracker).

The email also indicates that scholarship decisions will be made available from mid-March onwards.

hi, I have just got the admission. I applied the early track and was deferred to regular pool in January. Being deferred is not a bad news. The email says that all applicants are considered for scholarships on the basis of the information submitted with their application materials. Best wishes to those who are waiting.

Hi guys, just asking everyone who applied, when you log in to check your application status, under the "Status" section, did a new line called "Current" between "Degree" and "Status" appear? I just checked the page and I noticed this difference and I'm not sure what it means. Curious to know about whether this changed for everyone else (including admitted students)!

Yes, mine has a line called "Current" between "Degree" and "Status" just like yours. They offered me an admission so I don't think it is an issue. Good luck if you're still waiting! (-:

My status changed indeed to "decision rendered" at least 30 minutes before I received an e-mail.

I hadn't checked my status for a few weeks so I can't tell you how long beforehand exactly it changed (I was triggered by someone telling on the forum that his status had changed which is why I checked).

My status still says "Application Under Review". I requested and was granted an extension and sent my application on dec 20th (2 days after the original deadline). I only got the "Application Acknowledgement" email on jan 21st, so I'm a bit worried about not getting a response (also, considering I had to pay the additional late fee).
