Hi, I assume that if the waitlisted candidates don't pay the deposit on May 17th, Upenn will choose the next candidate on the list and so on.

Just received it:

am writing to let you know that at this point all slots for the upcoming LLM Program have been filled. While there is a possibility that more spots may become available in the event admitted students make other plans, it is not my expectation that we will be admitting any more students to Penn Law's LLM Program for next year. If you would like to remain on the wait list, that is fine, you need do nothing further, again though we would only turn to the wait list at this point if we lose students who have committed to Penn Law and at this point I don't think that this is likely.

Thank you very much for your interest in Penn Law and your patience with this process, and good luck with your future endeavors.
