In app tracker you can see at least one person that applied on December 13, 2014 and has already been admitted (I applied on the 12th of the same month). Of course this might been an exception, or he might even made a mistake while entering his application date to this site...

My application status checker now says "decision rendered" and the date changed to today but I did not receive anything from them ...

Hey guys, I just wanted to see what you think. I applied to UPenn a couple of days before the deadline and I received their confirmation very shortly, however I never received an application complete e-mail and my status appears as "Application Under Review". Do you think this is ok? or do you think it might be bad I never received such email.
In my status page all my documents (including recommendation letters) appear as received...
