I got until today to give them my final answer. I think that will apply to a lot of people, so fingers crossed for you! Some spaces should become available now!

I paid the initial 500D deposit, but I just got into another LLM, so I'll be declining my UPenn offer .. Hope that I free my spot to someone else !
