Environmental or IP or Constitutional Rights: Berkeley

Entertainment Law, Bankruptcy Law, or Securities Regulation Law: UCLA

I would even argue that the general "corporate" LL.M (i.e. if you chose all corporate/finance related courses) at UCLA is better, they have a better "individually" ranked faculty at UCLA.
