I am a doctorate from India. I am planning to settle in US.
I have two options either to pursue a post doc from McGill Univ or an LLM from HLS/ YALE.
Which one makes me placement easier given the fact that just a PHD. wont let me get a job in US.
I am open to your valuable suggestions.

you're a doctoral student in law? McGill has perhaps the only recognized program in airspace law, as far as I remember. Yet HLS and YLS have a brand that McGill cannot match.. Besides, you may need a work permit to stay in the US upon graduation, so the OPT might be your only option

Yes I am a doctoral candidate for air & space law.
In case I have the work permit which one do you suggest then?

a post-doc will allow you to focus on your research and get some publications out; a LLM, by the opposite token, is a degree that requires you to take classes for one more academic year... go for the post-doc
