I'm still waiting...called again and they confirmed that decisions will all be released by end of March, so for foreign applicants our waiting will (hopefully) be over by 31 March if not before...

I'm sure you have proven to them you are passionate about the cause. I just passed my environmental law exam, and well, it was a nightmare. I admire you commitment.
I think LLM Guide should start hosting parties. At least in the areas with the most schools ... :D

Ah, I am part of the (probably) most populous group: corporate law. :) But I can assure you I REALLY like it.

I'm pretty sure it's just foreign applicants for the March 31st deadline. The woman I spoke to in admissions said that *theoretically* domestic applicants could be waiting until June to hear. So much for turning in my application in the Fall! But perhaps it gives us an edge in terms of the rolling admissions cycle...fingers crossed.

am glad you do! and hope you get that all important job in america!

You aren't kidding!!! I submitted my app in Oct. and was complete on Nov. 3 .. and was told for months that march was it. Now, maybe june .. At least I can stop stressing about it today.

Well, I don't know about the job right now...
I currently need to focus on what is ahead of me in the shorter term: the admissions process, payments, visas, graduating, moving a continent away from my family and friends etc. :)

This thread always makes me feel so much better !
It makes me realize there's plenty of us out there waiting for our results (and going a little crazy at the same time)
Cheers to all :)

good luck to you guys! waiting is the hardest! even if you have decided where you want to go there is this mad apprehension of "what if" about an unanswered college! and if this stretches over the weekend i am doomed and cant study for my finals!

You're telling me. I'm foreign trained and I haven't heard yet. Not a thing. If I don't hear by today, I'm going to spend the weekend weeping like a Disney princess who's been turned into a frog.

Don't give up hope guys! I heard the 15th of april was the deadline to accept or dismiss an admission to NYU.
Thus, after this date, several spots will be freed for us :)

It's St. Patrick's Day...it should bring us luck!
Maybe the the committee members will be happier for it/have some mercy.
