Received the email at 5.30 a.m. (India Time). Don't worry, they are still sending out confirmation and maybe urs is just around the corner, All the best. :-)

I heard the NYU Admission Committee was working this week but it seems no one has been admitted yesterday and today.
I hope it's not too late ...

Few days ago I sent an email to the Office of Graduate Legal Studies, asking if they had taken a decision as to my application.
They replied in this way:

" Your application is currently being reviewed for the LL.M. in International Business Regulation, Litigation & Arbitration. The Committee began releasing decisions early this month and will continue to release decisions as they are made. We will do our best to communicate your decision as soon as the Committee had reached a decision on your file."

I asked about their system and status, they responded today:

"Decisions are being released for domestic and foreign applicants.

Foreign-trained applicants should receive a decision by mid-March.  Domestic trained applicants will receive a decision as one is made, and no later than June."

We'll see.

I have a friend who just got an acceptance back here in India. A week back another batch mate too got in. I guess in the next two nights we will get answers.

About five of us still on the brink waiting for an answer. I hope we all get in but its seems unlikely...

You dont have to apologise. I understand your anxiety.

She got her acceptance at around 6 pm local Indian time, that is 8:40 am new york time. That is when she checked her mail. While the other batch mate got his mail only in the morning, that is when he checked his mail.

I believe we shouldn't give up hope because there are still a lot of great applicants waiting for a decision, I'm sure.

Thanks! Getting in UPenn is the only thing that keeps me (barely) sane! My big problem is the 0 years of work experience. As I am graduating in July I only have internships and co.

Hahahahhahha! Holy Trinity of Env Law.... I have never felt so good about life. I honestly feel it was a mistake and am surprised i got in. I dont want to be a lawyer and have nothing on my resume which would suggest so. I want to be a journalist post my LLM. My grades are poor and i have few internships, none related to the env.

But thank you so much! I am also graduating now... in July. So i think work experience doesnt really count.

UPenn is amazing. I have a friend who is waitlisted and about half a dozen who were rejected and heart broken. Its an amazing school!

I will be taking Pace so maybe we can meet in NYU!!!(hopefully, fingers crossed)
