NYU vs Berkeley vs UPenn

ashlf

Hello everyone,

I'm having problem in deciding and need help.

I’m an international student and I got admitted to Berkeley, Penn and NYU for LLM program. I got scholarship for any.

I have interest in pursuing LLM focused on law and technology.

I know both Berkeley and Penn have specialization in Tech Law and well known professors in Tech Law. As for NYU, I know that it has higher ranking than both universities and it has a great reputation in my country.

They are all great schools, so I am wondering if you can share some insights. Also, I was wondering which one has more reputation in Tech Law? Can anyone advise on how to choose

Thank you for answering my question ????

Among the three schools, Upenn has the highest law school ranking(Upenn carey law was ranked 4th last year). And Philly has a lower cost of living than New York and California. I recommend Upenn.

I would recommend Penn for its reputation as one of the ivy league universities and it is also well-known for its tech law specialization. Also, philly is a great deal bcs its close to New York and DC but lower living cost.

Congrats on your acceptance!

If I may ask, how much scholarship did you get for each?

Hi, I actually got a scholarship from the government of my country so I did not apply for the scholarship from the university.
