I was wondering whether anyone has already submitted his application for the dual degree program. I am currently preparing the Personal Statement and the Essays for Singapura/Hauser Scholarship, and I expect to be finished in two weeks at the latest.

Would you think that if one applies earlier, he is more likely to be granted a scholarship?I'm talking here not only about the Singapura/Hauser one, but also about the scholarships offered specifically for NYU@NUS.

Do not think so, but good luck on this one!! I believe the number of applicants this year will rise, since graduates of the NYU@NUS Program will be eligeble to sit the bar next year, while the number of scholarships may well shrink. Hopefully, it will not be the case..and it is worth a try!

I just got an email from NYU. I was admitted to the dual degree program in New York and Singapore. Additionally, I received a 20000 scholarship!

I have also been offered admission alongwith USD 20,000 scholarship. Not inclined to take this up.

Thanks, oma2010. I received an email saying that a decision had been reached on my application and then I looged into the online account to view it.

I believe that the additional option of a further ten weeks' study at New York was not there earlier..
