To that end I hate to be a half day ahead on the other side of the world....
Is it too pessimistic to say that after "mid-March" they will start to send waitlist or rejection??? Hopefully admissions are still available!

Calm down. It's always been like this. The Committee announces its admission decisions on a rolling basis from Jan/Feb through April.

Last year a friend of mine got his admission email in late March. All this "if-I-haven't-gotten-in-already-it-means-I've-been-either-rejected-or-waitlisted" thing, is completely non-sense.

Have a drink and relax, people. Good luck.
