I received an e-mail notifying that I had met the deadline for the Early Action Process in mid January. My status is still "complete". Is it common or normal? Wasn't every Early Action applicant's status supposed to change to decision on January 30?

'Sounds like your situation was like mine. All my documents were in before the deadline, but GT had not gathered it all and , thus, I didnt get that "you met the early action deadline" until January 9, the day on which was app is shown complete.
Yeah, i do think your status should have changed by 1/30. Although I think you should NOT be alarmed or anything because i think they are just really busy, i do think you should send an email to the llladmin email address. I've sent them email and each time someone got back to me in within two days. Just to make sure they're no problems.

That's what happened to me too. Congrats on your UF acceptance. UF is a great school with a top program. You're set! I've heard nothing, absolutely nothing. However, I've been taking lessons from Baby_Luck and I am staying positive too.

Nope. But it looks like there was some activity yesterday. The status checker shows an update as of last night. I hope that had something to do with my letter.
Also, I am wondering if any of the admitted students can get on the admitted students site yet. Supposedly, 4 days after you're admitted, you can access the site. If true, it's a good way to find out if you were admitted before you get your letter. 'Any thruth to that rumor? 'Anyone? 'Anyone? Bueller? Anyone?

Hi, I just got an acceptance letter today. I was in the regular cycle for the international legal studies, I didn't get any e-mail or anything other then the mail. It took probably just under a week for the letter to arrive from the time my status changed to "decision"

Thanks, no, I did not get any e-mail notification and the thing is also, it is difficult to realize sometime when exactly a decision was reached, as, at least in my case, the status page was "updated" every weekday. But I guess one just has to login every once in awhile.
