hi guys... i have a question related to the application... i did not submit the law school's registrar's certification coz all the info required by the said form was already contained in the documents i have submitted to LSAC which i understand, they will have access to... do you think i did the right thing? i can't wait for my status to change to "complete" coz it might be too late...i just submitted all my materials last week.. i would appreciate your advice... thanks very much!

Thank you very much for your insights. I will definitely email them and inform them of my situation. I will also send the form back along with my explanation that I had difficulty having it completed and most of the info will be found on my lsac documents.

I think this thread is cool... and the one called "admitted" -- i hope to be able to post there once I have been actually admitted (I applied to 4 schools including GULC)... BTW, I'm from the Philippines... thanks again!

I was about to ask you the same thing. What about you? I've heard nothing. ZERO, BUTKUS, NADA, GOOSE EGG. My theory, well I didnt come up with this, but the theory is that the really great and really poor candidates get their dec. early. The rest wait. This is not necessarily a bad thing. But I am loosing hope.

This doesnt apply to you and the reg action people, you still have plenty of time to hear good news.

I am supposed to be early action, which means that I a dec should be made for me by tomorrow....I doubt it will happen, which makes me think I may be getting bad news.

BUT no worries. If I dont hear anything by next week, I am going to take the $$$$ I saved for my LL.M. and get a nose job, a chin implant as well as pec and calf implants. I'll loose some weight. And I may not be smart, but I'll be darn good-looking! I'll give up the law and go to South American and open a beach umbrella sales stand on the beach and drink little drinks with flags in them and stuff ;-)

GULC had the only program that I found interesting.

My status turned to Decision today. I am an early domestic applicant for tax. Does this mean rejection? Do they usually wait to the early action deadline to make an acceptance they could have made 6 weeks ago?

My status turned to decision yesterday at 4:46. I also am a domestic student who applied early action.

Do you have favorable stats? Did you think Gtown was a longshot for you? I thought I would at least have gotten a WL but I feel like its a rejection coming.

Tier 1, Top half of class, few tax classes with bplus avg
journal, moot court

top 2 percent is pretty impressive...i would think that would be ok for gtown
