Does anyone have an idea when will the financial aid decisions be made? I emailed them and they did not even reply... I should note that I didn't apply for any 'particular' scholarship, i.e. the tax fellowship or the human rights one.

Decisions will come through April I believe.
Give them some time. They are probably swamped with emails this time of the year. :)

Thanks! Just wanted to make sure that there IS some consideration process apart from the scholarship applications

I hear you. There is a process. But it is not very clear what it's parameters are.
Ie whether it is need based. Merit based.
Without an application I don't see how one can decide who is suitable for aid. . And who can do without .
But that is life I suppose.

That status means that the admissions committee is already considering/evaluating your application. It is a good development in terms of progress. Decisions usually come out a few days after that status change.
