Applied on 15 December, went to check my on-line status: it stated that it has been completed today (6 February), although I haven't received an e-mail notification (I suppose it is not that prompt). Based on last years experiences, I can assume that I will receive a decision within one month from today...

Why do you think so? My application was completed on around December 15, a week after it was made. But, I have not received a decision so far....

The e-mail confirming my application came on 09/12. Application was complete on 16/12, I think.

I think it is still quite early to make a decision...
For me the financial consideration is crucial, so I would definitely have to wait at least until March 15 to compare both financial assistance offers.
However, tonight its time for celebrations, not for difficult decisions :-)

My understanding is that the "received" status is different from "complete". I didn't get a completion notification either, but my status was changed to "complete" from "received" at some point.

Don't worry too much. I applied at the very last minute of the deadline and got my application complete email in mid February.
