I have decided to post one last time on this board. Regardless of all your speculations, I have been admitted to CLS. However, I do not care a bit if you believe me or not. As I have the impression that some people out of jealousy (or so I suspect) actually doubt that, I won't share any information anymore. Still, one final comment: I doubt that anyone would actually lie about being admitted to an LL.M. program in an anonymous board. Anyone who believes otherwise, apparently takes the LL.M. way to serious. For all folks that know the show West Wing, I sometimes felt reminded of the episode with LemonLyman.com. I mean nobody knows ur identity or anything and the trail of boardpost were indicative that thigs u spoke lack truth......anyways congratulations for being admitted into CLS and i would just like to add that nobody is jealous of you. It is just simple human natural anxiety since nobody else got the result. Congrats once again.

If you really did not care a bit, you would have not posted here again. However, if you cared we did not fall for your prank, had not been admitted and still wanted to prank us, you would write a post just like this one you wrote.

Without any intention to hurt anybody, I would request all to stop hurting people's sentiments. I dont know whether YHS is genuine or not and I dnt wan to know on second thoughts. We are not here to settle scores wid anyone, do we?......and pretending an admission is not equivalent to admission. So Just chill. God has greater eyes and better access to evything. And YHS might be true.

so I wrote to the admissions office and got an answer right away stating that they are processing hundreds of applications and that they will get back to me in time. I guess that will be after all the early review admissions will be send out to you... at least I hope they got my application. On the other hand, I am not worried to much as CLS is not my first choice... :) Whish you all a lot of luck!

Call them. They are very friendly.

One friend told me that he knows a girl from Europe who was accepted today. I don't know if that is true, and I prefear to avoid further inquiries.

It would be great if other Law Schools (NYU, UPenn, Chicago etc.) starts by Dec. to send acceptance notices...

I'm sorry to write in a post that actually doesn't matter me at all, as I didn't apply to CLS, but I keep beeing doubtful. why do not share info once you log in and write a post? everybody can just check on this website and find out some useful information even without posting any message...However, I do wish you got admitted, and hope you're celebrating as I would do in your shoes!

It would be great to know if someone has been admitted. As I said above, I heard a rumor about an european girl, but I don't know if it is true, since I don't know the girl that supposedly was addmitted, and I will not see the person that told me that.

However, I am starting to feel nervous. Does anyone know anything about NYU, UPenn and Chicago?
When we could start to hear about them.

I guess only CLS will let us know by now. Other than that, we should wait for february at least.

not yet Jeny1980 (hope I wrote it right, otherwise forgive me). does UChicago use an early-notification process? I'm not aware of anything like this, but I can always be wrong...only Duke and NW replied me - from the very beginning - that they will get back to me before Xmas time...for Chicago, HLS, YLS and Berkeley it is likely we'll keep waiting until late February...

However, I have a litlle hope that, since this year Chicago change their deadline one month (from 01/15 to 12/15), they could start sending emails before the date in which they started last year.

And what about UPenn? They say that we should hear from the "by Feb. 8"; but the word "by" could be a understood in different ways.

Wow, did not know about the date change of chicago. That may perfectly mean they will release results in january...

No answer for me yet... Rumors of "someone I know" having been admitted, are getting bolder... Many topics now mention that..

I was admitted at CLS. I believe anybody wants to say he or she was admitted after seeing your responses to YHS, but I can certify that what he said is true and that the Dean of Admissions is calling the admitted applicants by phone to tell the news. After that the admissions office sends a confirmation mail with all the relevant information.

The universIty requires a deposit of US$500 to save the spot.

I hope you receive the phone call soon and all of us can meet at NY.
