I was accepted into Berkeley's traditional program (wihout scholarship) about an hour back. However, I will be declining the offer shortly, so good luck to those placed on the wait list.

I would say. I have heard of miracles happening so maybe you could pray for one.

I would realistically look at your other options. How far above your next admission offer is Berkeley ranked? Maybe there isn't enough of a difference to even worry about.
