4th email received on 11th nov.. yet to get a decision.. should I be worried since few ppl who submitted later, have already received a decision...
Should I contact LSE or wait for some time?
any one in similar situation?

When applying LSE, is IELTS test scores a MUST?
How about other school like KCL, UCL,QMUL?
I'm taking the test in end of Jan next month.
Thank you.

Dear it is all a matter of weigh because if your profile suits them very well they will not stress on the english, but in all cases i think you could have easily a deferral until the results be ready.

Got an unconditional offer :) Delighted !

If you don't mind me asking, what is your degree average? I checked your profile and you;ve been admitted to three universities! wow!

My application was complete in mid November, and I have been waitlisted yesterday.

So NERVOUS! I have no idea what that means. Feel like they've left me hanging :'(

Hi! I applied two days ago. However I don't understand the part of financial aid. According to the web site after you submitted your application they send you a link to fill the financial aid form. I am a little worried because I am not sure if I understand it right. I just received my third mail. With the fourth mail They will send me the instructions to fill the financial aid form?
Thanks!

The reason why you have not yet received a decision is presumably that LSE is in doubt whether to admit you or not. In other words, LSE is hesitating to make a decision on your application, as they wish to assess aplications submitted recently. That said, you should receive a decision no later than 8 weeks after you received your fourth mail.

I am in the same situation as you are. LSE has not ruled us out, but again they are looking for better applications. FYI, I am from Denmark.

Thanx whiteblack88!!.. I am just worried cos the christman vacations are around the corner. We have to wait till Jan, if nothing is decided now!!

their "rolling basis admissions" is not working, mine was complete on the 23rd of November and I did not hear from them, which I believe it means that my application is already shredded...

Is it 8 weeks from the date of the 4th email? Because I got the 4th email long ago but my referee sent his recommendation much later.

So will it be 8 weeks from the date my application was totally complete or from the date I received the 4th mail?

Its 8 weeks from the date when the application is complete. I think most of the times its complete when you receive the fourth email.
