The website says that the first offers will be released in Jan, but I don't think anyone's heard from them yet.

Then you should hear from them in a week or 10 days from now. At least they've started giving out offers; better than silence at least.

I have a doubt regarding the submission of referees at KCL and it would be great if anyone can help me.
If I attach a scanned copy to the online application, my referee still need to resend it throught the link or the scanned copy is enough? I noticed that there are two options on the online form.

There isn't a deadline, really. I have six weeks to inform them of my decision, but they won't revoke it if I do nothing. This six week deadline is for them to consolidate their own numbers I think. There isn't a specific deadline for meeting the offer conditions either.
