We have to hear today surely? Because the website says it can take 10 days for processing after passed to GAO and the Deadline is March 1st for them to let us know of our final decision, it’s now February 20th that makes it 10 days until March 1st ?

The LLM website states that the faculty/department would finalise admissions by March 01 (https://www.llm.law.cam.ac.uk/admissions/summary-of-key-dates.html) and that it might take longer for GAO processing and a formal offer. Even going by last year's trends, statuses changed to GAO until Mar 26-27.
Thus, I feel that although it is likely that at least some of us will see some progress today, but not all will know the outcome of our applications before the end of the month.

Ok, but as admissions decisions are made by the degree committee by March 1st, surely we should see some movement on our portals to that stage this week as that process takes 10 days before the GAO process even begins? Anyways, we will know when we know and speculating will only make us more nervous :/

Indeed ! A friend who did the LLM a couple of years ago told me that she received the news for the LLM on a Friday evening/Saturday morning so it might be the case for some of us as well. Anyway, good luck to everyone :)

I just found some interesting sentences on LLM official website.
“While your application is with the LLM Admissions Committee, your self service page status will say "Under consideration by Degree Committee". The status will only be updated once the LLM Admissions Committee has made their decision on all the applications.”
So this year our status will change together?

The same text was also there for 2018-19 and 2019-20, so I don't think that all statuses will change together.

I hope not because otherwise we’ll have to wait till at least March :(

Would someone be able to call today to find out more about the situation? The strike started today and we're not really sure they'll be working!

We have already been told that the strike will not affect us, and calling them again will not change this fact.
So, as the British say: Keep Calm and Carry On. We will know when we know, and obsessive speculation will only make the wait insufferable.

I totally agree with you.
Just checked my portal and it is still under review.
