Well they send me an email on november 13 and said I should receive a letter by post with their decision in roughly 2 or 3 weeks. Let's see what happens!
When did you apply?

I applied about four weeks ago. I was told that UCL has tonnes of lectures and seminars outside of ordinary classes you could attend. Do you know anything about this? I also heard that the ILA holds their meetings there...

hey...i applied to UCL for intellectual property law but ive been rejected. however, ive got through kings college.

I don't know I guess its just luck sometimes I think. You got into King's but not into UCL and both are pretty good universities who request very good standards from their students. That's why I think sometimes it also depends on luck and their mood that day. Good luck to you all :o)

UCL wa really high on my agenda.. I was giving it more weightage than KCL and may be even more than LSE... thats because of the resources, no. of law speciality departments, external links, and the kind of faculty that they have.
but unluckily for me, they dont even have a single module dealing with taxation. they hv corporate finance and other modules. so that ends the UCL dream for me.
Hopefully I can get my hands on something good in tax at kcl, lse or oxbridge.
best of luck to all of you

Hi Pucca you seem to be interested in all the same LLM programms as me :))) Hope to meet you in one of leading UK law schools in 2009-2010.
I have not applied yet, was waiting for IELTS scores, and got 7.5 overall band. I'm applying for LLM Public International law.
My only problem is that I have only LLB degree and I am 21..
ppl keep telling me that UK law schools do not take seriously 21 years old applicants for masters :|
Let's keep tracking our application procedures here.
Good Luck to everyone

hey interalia,
i deferred my offer over 2009-2010 and head for UCL int. commercial law. Which subject are you gonna study? Also, could anybody make any suggestion as to accomodation, especially student houses and halls operated by UCL.
many thanks...

hi olgun,
nice to meet you.
I'm primarily interested in legal theory and commercial law. Haven't decided on my subjects yet, but it will be in these two fields.

Hi Olgun,
Apparently, you studied law in the Uni. of Bahcesehir. They have really good professors. Selahattin Keyman, Bülent Tahiroğlu are just to name but a few.
Keep it up mate
